what is the animation team ?
it is a group of people who are going to animate different thing short or long [ fanfics , doujins , comics , manga …. etc ] and also may in future remake (parts of) anime episode because of the studio who animate it in bad way , in short we animate things
how are we going to do this ? what should i do ?
we are going to do this in really simple way , we are going to be in units , when we decide what is the project ( by votes or whatever ) im going to gave each captain of the unit their part of work and the captain will gave his unit member their part of work and tell them what should they do ,the captain will be the most one skilled between the all in the unit so that if they ask him he will be able to help
what im going to get from this ?
well i think you will get a lot from this project which was the reason behind create it , for example the team will be a place for talented people to meet each other , to learn from each other and to create things together which in return will let you jump like +levelup in whatever you do and also you will know what is your weak points & let you animate things you like and have fun in the same time

what should i have to join ?
you should be skilled enough such of know the basic things
i want to join more than one unit , is it okay ?
i dont know if this is possible , because i think that you will rarely have time to finish two kinds of jobs on the time , but if you know that you can then why not ? go ahead
i can rarely update and im so lazy , so i may get more time to end my part of work
as long as you will finish it then it is okay , i know how hard life can be

and so those are all the quiz that come to my mind , i hope i didn’t missed something , and now lets talk about the units ( i will talk about the rules later )
as for the units there will be [ 5. ] unit , in each one there will be a captain and at A limited number of Members expect the upload&update unit that will have at mx 3 members and i dont think that we need a caption for this , anyway as i said the captain will be choose by me and will be the most one skilled between the all , and so here are the units :
